Phil has been a Director on the CANEGROWERS Burdekin Limited Board since its inception in 2005 and is currently Deputy Chair a position he has held since 2007.

Phil is one of the four representatives who attend Queensland Cane Growers Organisation meetings which are held every three months in Brisbane to represent local views.

Phil’s other duties include Deputy Chair of Inkerman Cane Growers Organisation Limited.
