Alf Cristaudo

Alf Cristaudo is the Chairman of CANEGROWERS Australia. Alf has extensive experience in the sugar industry. His farm is located in the Herbert River region, which is based on the town of Ingham. His family has been growing sugarcane for over 90 years. Mr Cristaudo has travelled extensively in the interests of the industry and, as a Director of the industry’s marketing organisation, Queensland Sugar Limited, and its peak representative body, CANEGROWERS, he has participated in missions to Europe, UK, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Fiji, Canada, USA and Brazil.

Mr Cristaudo has had a long history of active grower, industry and community representation, which currently includes:
