Diuron Use

Diuron is a broad-spectrum herbicide and controls most of the common weeds in sugarcane. Two commonly used products that contain diuron are Velpar K4 and Comanche and there are label recommendations to add diuron to 2,4-D, sodium salt, paraquat, Daconate, Actril, Gesapax, Combi and other products. Adverse findings from the NRA review could result in the loss of an important tool in crop production.
