CANEGROWERS MENTORING PROGRAM
Strong industries require strong leaders, that's why CANEGROWERS is investing in the next crop of young leaders through the Next Ratoon Mentoring Program.
The program will connect eager and aspiring young growers with experienced and knowledgeable mentors from both inside and outside the industry. Participants will build strong connections, networking skills, negotiation, decision-making and leadership skills, as well as accumulating a wealth of knowledge that will help them contribute to a profitable and innovative sugarcane industry.
