That's why CANEGROWERS is investing in the next crop of young leaders through the Next Ratoon Mentoring Program.

The program connects eager and aspiring young growers with experienced and knowledgeable mentors from both inside and outside the industry. Participants build strong connections, as well as networking, negotiation, decision-making and leadership skills. They accumulate a wealth of knowledge that will help them contribute to a profitable and innovative sugarcane industry.

Expressions of interest for the 2027 mentee positions are now open, with the program scheduled to commence in February 2027.
